Installation is quick and easy
During installation, the “I” intermediate posts are aligned, levelled, and anchored in a concrete footing similar to other types of fence posts. Each one is installed every five feet, and the depth of the post foundations vary with soil conditions, wind, and wall height.
Once the foundation has an initial cure – typically within 24 hours – the precast concrete panels are then inserted into the track on either side of the post, meeting in a Tongue and Groove interlock.
Additional panels are stacked in place in one foot increments until the desired fence height is achieved. The post foundation then supports the panel section. After this, the concrete panel cap is attached to the top, which completes the installation.
Our post and panel precast concrete and fences can be constructed from one foot up to seven foot high, and can accommodate difficult sites with varying topography. Panels can also be cut to allow for alterations in the fence line.
